Awen is an old word from the Druid traditions, often translated as “the flowing spirit of inspiration.” You might recognise it as: a quiet inner yes before your mind catches up, the way a tarot card lands like truth you already knew, the idea that arrives in the shower or on the bus. At Awen Life, we treat Awen as the meeting point between ancient theory (old symbols, myths, patterns) and modern wisdom (everything you’ve learned from lived experience, therapy, reflection and conversation).
